LTA and AVCB projects



We are committed to solving legal and bureaucratic issues for the opening, legalization and/or adequacy of your company, such as the LTA (Technical Valuation Report) process surveillance sanitary and AVCB (Fire Department Inspection Report).

The LTA is a process that aims to technically describe, through projects, reports and memorials, the construction and operation of the company to be analyzed and inspected by the Health Surveillance. In compliance with criteria and parameters established by ANVISA, in accordance with the legislation in force and pertinent to each activity.

AVCB is the document issued by the Fire Department, certifying that, during the inspection, the building has the fire safety conditions,_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_provided for by legislation and included in the process, establishing a revalidation period.
